The lesson video which you need to follow is on the “Materials” tab to the right. Follow the video. When you feel comfortable with what you have learned, you will have to record a video of yourself performing the routines in the video and then demonstrate the moves to be graded and feedback provided. This needs to be done to move on to the next lesson
